After many successful models, AJ X or Air Jordan 10 came out in 1995! This model was worn by Women's and Men's basketball teams: Sacremento Kings, Seattle SuperSonics, Orlando Magic, New York Knicks. The model was also accepted as the official sneaker of the North Carolina at Chapel Hill's University. AJ X was designed at the time when Micheal Jordan did not play in NBA. This model has a lot of details that represent the 10 milestones in Jordan's turbulent career. When the model was already released, Micheal Jordan returned to the court after finishing some personal matters and business decisions and we were able to see him in Air Jordan 10! The fact that Jordan played out one of his better matches in AJ X only gives more value to the model itself. 55 points were made by Micheal Jordan on March 18, 1995 while he was wearing exactly this model. At first release, there were 8 different colorways available on the market: Varsity-black, Off-white/black/varsity red, Powder Blue, Black/grey! Air Jordan 10 was the first Air Jordan brand that featured new technology of the midsole known as lightweight Phylon. Back in 2012, the AJ X was re-released with brand new colorways representing 5 different teams. The model was re-released again in 2016, but this time in collaboration with OVO with stingray details and black and white lacing.
